No. The programme is specifically designed for non-technical people. If you can use email and a browser, you have everything you need. I handle the setup and explain every step as we go.
A Claude account (free or paid), a laptop, and 5–6 hours available across the 2 weeks for sessions and async work between them. Everything else gets built together in the sprint.

No — and that's by design. The whole point is that you own the system and can run it without me. If you want to expand to a new use case or build additional skills, you can book a follow-on sprint. But you will not need ongoing support to use what we build.
The deposit is non-refundable after Day 3 of the engagement. Before that, if we agree it's not the right fit, I'll return it in full. The full engagement terms are provided before you book.
