The founding moment
"I was recruited for a senior role I knew nothing about at 9am. By 5pm I had 20 pages of sourced research, a 15-slide deck, a full positioning strategy, a complete interview package — AND I had built Manta AI from idea to live business. While playing golf in between. Unbelievable? Not anymore."

Your system, fully built
How it started

Manta AI was born in early 2026 — in a single day.

Not planned. Not built over months. One day, one system, one business — from nothing to live. The same day I proved the system worked, I decided it was worth building a company around it.

I came from a world of structured operations — fixing supply chain flows, managing global programmes, and delivering results inside complex matrix organisations. That background made me process-driven by default. I built the Claude system the same way I built everything else: structure first, output follows.

The spark came from a small community of AI operators — early starters and learners sharing what was actually working with AI tools before most people had heard of them. That community opened the door. What I built on the other side of it became Manta AI.

Most people try Claude for fun. They get inconsistent results and stop. Once the structure is in place, the possibilities are endless — and that's the exact system I build for every client. Not a course. Not advice. The actual thing.

Why you need this

What I struggled with.
So you don't have to.

Setting this up correctly took weeks of trial and error. Every client hits the same obstacles — because they're real obstacles, not beginner mistakes. Here's what I've solved and now build around for every client.

Real friction

Domain + Email Setup

Getting a professional domain and working email sounds simple. DNS verification, mail routing, propagation delays — I spent hours on what should take 30 minutes. I've documented the exact sequence that works.

Every client gets a pre-built setup checklist. Zero guesswork.
Real friction

Connecting the Right Tools

MCPs (Model Context Protocol) extend what Claude can do. Setting them up isn't well documented. I've tested which ones are actually worth it and which create more problems than they solve.

Pre-tested MCP stack — only the tools that genuinely add value for your use case.
Real friction

Getting Consistent Output

The single biggest complaint: "It worked brilliantly once, then gave me rubbish the next 10 times." That's a context and prompt architecture problem. Without the right structure, every session is a lottery.

AI Blueprint + prompt templates eliminate output variance by design.
Real friction

Laptop + Workspace Setup

Which tools, where they live, how they connect. Most people install Claude Code and stare at a blank terminal. The workspace architecture is what turns a tool into a system you actually use every day.

Full workspace setup completed in Session 1. You start Session 2 in a running system.
Real friction

Knowing What to Automate

The temptation is to automate everything immediately. That's how you build fragile workflows that break the moment anything changes. I've learned what to automate, what not to, and in what order.

Prioritised automation roadmap built for your specific workflow in Week 1.
Real friction

Making It Sound Like You

"This doesn't sound like me" is the most common reason people abandon AI. The output is generic because the input is generic. Getting Claude to write in your voice requires deliberate context architecture.

Voice + context built into your AI Blueprint so every output sounds like you wrote it.

You don't have to figure
this out alone.
